Mirai Minds collects only what it needs to answer your message, book a trial lesson or enroll your child. This page says what that is, where it is kept and how to ask us to remove it. Reviewed September 2026.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if given, the type of inquiry and your message.
- Trial booking: your child’s name, your name, email and phone, the program and the date chosen.
- Enrollment request: the above, plus the preferred schedule and anything you tell us about allergies, medical or learning needs.
- School catalog request: a school email address.
- Trial fee payments, where a program charges one, are taken by Square. We never see or store card details.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to confirm and run the lesson or program you asked for, and to keep your child safe in class. Notes about allergies or needs are read by the teacher running the session and by nobody else.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored privately on this website’s server and are visible only to Mirai Minds staff who need them. We do not sell or share your details with advertisers. Email confirmations are sent through our mail provider; payment references stay with Square.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and trial bookings are deleted after twelve months. Enrollment records are kept for the length of your child’s enrollment plus the period Japanese accounting law requires.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If we add analytics, this page will say which tool, what it records and how to opt out.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you or your child at any time. Write to hello@miraiminds.jp and we will act within one business day and confirm when it is done.
